Issue Claims Policy
CAS makes every effort to ensure that your issues reach you promptly. Please contact us if you do not receive an item you have ordered from CAS. Our policy is to replace missing issues, provided they are claimed by subscribers within certain time limits specified below.

CAS attempts to honor claims whenever possible; however, certain restrictions apply. For instance, claims cannot be honored if items are missing because of failure to report a change of address or because a copy is lost or missing from your files.

When submitting a claim, identify the product and reason for the claim, and include the issue number, volume number, customer name, and CAS account number. (Your account number is located above your address on the mailing label and is printed on your subscription invoice.) This information will help us ensure fast and efficient service. Please refer to the table below to determine the claim period for your area.

To submit a claim you should contact CAS Customer Care or use this web-based form.
