POLYLINK Command

Available with STN Express, Version 7.0 and higher for Windows

Conduct a search in REGISTRY. The answer you display indicates if there are related polymers available with POLYLINK for each CAS Registry Number.


Click discovericon.

Note: You can also access this information by clicking on a CAS Registry Number or by left-clicking on the L-number answer set.

After clicking the Discover! button, select select Search by, then CAS Registry Number, to invoke the CAS Registry Number Wizard.

Enter a CAS Registry Number. Click Next.

Select Polymers from the options listed under Get related data. Click Search.

The wizard indicates the number of answers retrieved by the POLYLINK command. Click Next.

Select the answer range and display format. Click Display.

STN Express executes the POLYLINK command and displays the number of answers in the display format you selected.

Note: The POLYLINK command can also be accessed by left-clicking on a retrieved CAS Registry Number and selecting Get related polymers form the list of options.
