Applying ratings to records

You can quickly rate records by applying stars.  This is especially useful in filtering records before displaying or sharing.

To apply a rating:

Click on the appropriate number of stars to apply a rating.  For example, to rate a record as 3 stars, click each star or click the right-most star in the row.

To remove a records rating, click just to the left of the left-most star.

To filter by record ratings:

  1. From the Filter by drop-down menu, select Rating/Stars.  The number of records with each star rating is displayed in parentheses.
  2. Select a rating to apply the filter. Only the records to which this rating was applied are displayed.
